Jeff is approaching 30 years of experience designing and delivering various procurement and supply chain solutions across global electronics market sectors, including Wireless Infrastructure, Healthcare, Consumer, Energy, Automotive, Defense/Aero, Server Cloud Storage, Communications, Smart Home and Mobility.
Prior to Jabil, Jeff spent 27 years in the technology sector servicing global regions representing Semiconductor OEMs, High Tech EMS and Technology Distribution companies. The scope of Jeff’s roles have included managing teams responsible for the full product life cycle, ranging from Demand Creation to Demand Fulfillment solutions maximizing efficiency of the hardware and the supply chain of the hardware. Over the past 10 years Jeff has focused mainly on delivering large engineering, procurement and supply chain programs to Fortune 200 clients. In 2024 Jeff has focused on Generative Ai projects in procurement.
Jeff spent several years on the Board of Directors of a early stage Venture Capital firm investing in Florida tech companies.
Jeff holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree with Honors in Business Administration, with graduate certificates; Leading the Customer Driven Organization and Advanced Financial Institutes and Markets.

Heidi Banks

Heidi Banks
VP, Global Indirect Procurement
Heidi Banks is Jabil’s vice president of global indirect procurement, leading the company’s Source to Pay strategy. She has over 20 years of practitioner and leadership experience in procurement roles across direct and indirect commodities, delivery of enterprise solutions, and strategic planning.
Heidi led the digital transformation of Jabil’s procurement processes, enabling an organization with more than 130 sites in 30 countries — including some of the world’s most challenging jurisdictions — to manage $6 billion in annual spend using Coupa. She also leads a global shared services organization focused on application optimization, supplier and catalog enablement, electronic invoice automation, supplier rationalization and tail spend management. Heidi and her team are now expanding Jabil’s S2P strategy by offering the provision of implementation and practitioner consulting services to new and existing S2P customers at varying staging posts in their S2P journeys.
Heidi is a frequent speaker at supply chain and procurement conferences, including ProcureCon Indirect East, the Americas Procurement Congress, Coupa Inspire Americas & EMEA, and Procurement & Supply Chain Live NY. She has also been interviewed by or contributed insights to a number of leading supply chain publications, including Procurement magazine, Inbound Logistics, and Manufacturing Digital and recently won Supply & Demand Chain Executive's 2023 Women in Supply Chain award. Heidi earned an MBA in IT from the University of Tampa, a BA in supply chain management from Western Michigan University and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

He is responsible for helping clients drive value across their supply chain and procurement organization.
Prior to Jabil, Lonnie spent 30 years in start-up, high growth, and Fortune 500 organizations, driving critical value, strategic change, and enterprise value. His experience extends to Start-Up Investment, M&A, Divestures, JV’s and Strategic Exits.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Priya Anand leverages more than 20 years of experience in logistics primarily specializing in Ocean, Air, Road, domestic Execution. Her experience comes from working with industry leaders such as Maersk and DHL across various portfolios and in many countries. Priya’s expertise includes solution delivery and consulting for logistics program management for various top brands in many industry verticals.
Priya’s interests and work profile includes change management, assessment & implementation of supply chain digital transformation with business process transformation. In 2023, Priya Anand was recognized and included in America’s Who’s Who as a woman leader in Supply Chain Management.
In Jabil, she heads the global logistics services business providing consulting, implementation and program management for Jabil’s customers. Priya holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and Industry Certifications in Liner Trade, Logistics, TMS and Lean Six Sigma.

Vadim Shakhno is the Director of Global Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Jabil, bringing over 13 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain strategy. As a leader in Jabil’s Procurement as a Service offering, Vadim drives operational excellence and business growth through strategic development and competitive positioning.
Vadim oversees a global team of over 100 supply chain experts, focusing on customer engagement and tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs. He emphasizes building strong, collaborative relationships that foster mutual success and position Jabil as a valued partner in supply chain innovation.
Progressing from Buyer to Director, Vadim has consistently developed and implemented procurement strategies that align with both internal goals and evolving market demands. His leadership style centers on cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement, advancing Jabil’s supply chain as a core contributor to value creation.
Vadim holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Relations from Uzhhorod National University and is Bronze Lean Six Sigma certified in manufacturing and supply chain.

Kurt Shafer leads an enterprise-wide organization located in the Americas, Europe and Asia that is responsible for Jabil’s Indirect Procurement investments for Capital Equipment, MRO and Infrastructure. Kurt’s team delivers value through the execution of global category strategies, and through regional support for tactical investments, focusing on key supplier and stakeholder relationship development and overall TCO. Kurt joined Jabil’s Indirect Procurement Organization in 2015 and has lived and held leadership roles in Asia and the U.S. over the course of his career.

Josh Wilson brings over a decade of experience in political strategy, governance, and market intelligence. He has held pivotal roles in both the Scottish and UK Parliaments, beginning as a researcher and advancing to Chief of Staff. From 2017 to 2022, Josh also served as an elected councilor, where he was appointed policy head and spokesperson for one of Scotland’s largest social housing providers.
For the past 2.5 years, Josh has led Jabil’s market intelligence team, successfully expanding the customer base and product range to drive substantial growth. His work combines insights from his political background with a deep understanding of strategic market positioning.
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Josh balances his professional life with a passion for rugby, CrossFit, and time with his young family.

Elizabeth Bordi leads Sales for North America at Jabil, where she is responsible for regional growth strategy, enterprise customer engagement, and the expansion of Jabil’s advanced service offerings across key industries. She focuses on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions that strengthen operational performance and create measurable business value.
Elizabeth brings extensive experience in procurement, operations, and solution innovation. Her career foundation includes global procurement roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Paramount, where she led multiple high-visibility initiatives. She also served as President of VETS@SPE, launching the studio’s first veteran internship and fellowship programs.
Before entering the corporate sector, Elizabeth served five years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness and spending time outdoors.

Paul leads Jabil’s Business Development in Europe for Procurement and Supply Chain Services. He has over 30 years of industry and consulting experience in all areas of outsourcing, and transforming Client operations in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance. He previously ran IBM’s European BPO practice and European Procurement and Supply Chain Practice.
Paul’s background was originally in Procurement and Supply Chain in the Energy and Food industries before moving into global consulting roles with EY and Accenture, then moving to IBM in 2005.
He has worked in a range of Industries and clients complex Transformation programmes centred around Outsourcing, ERP deployments and Change programmes.
Paul lives in Lancashire, England, and when not working is busy umpiring Cricket matches.

Kay has over 25 years of experience in strategy formation, marketing, and business development across both consumer and Industrial markets. Prior to joining Jabil, Kay was with Emerson where she led the Product Management and Marketing team within the Tools and Home Products division. Her responsibilities included full product lifecycle management along with marketing, communications, and PR. Kay also has experience in market development strategies while at Aptargroup, where she owned both the Personal Care and Home Care end markets, globally. Throughout her career, Kay has created and implemented growth strategies across various end markets by working collaboratively across the organization. She has both a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Among other accomplishments prior to joining Jabil, Steven successfully established the procurement practice for CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, focusing on delivering procurement-driven value creation to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Steven holds an MBA from Kettering University School of Management, a BBA from Temple University, and a Supply Chain Certification from Villanova University.

In his role at Jabil Procurement & Supply Chain Services, Tim leads the global sales organization and partners with executive stakeholders to shape strategies that drive resilience, efficiency, and long-term business value. He is focused on aligning Jabil’s capabilities to customer priorities and delivering practical, measurable outcomes at scale.
Prior to joining Jabil, Tim spent more than 15 years at SAP, guiding enterprise customers through large-scale transformation initiatives and building enduring partnerships centered on innovation and sustainable growth.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science & Technology.
